2nd Annual Executive Women & Leadership Congress 2006

Despite women making up 46% of the Australian workforce and increasing in numbers in management positions, those in executive or board positions are still scarce. To increase Australia’s economic potential it is crucial that this issue of disparity is addressed and that women are allowed full and equal participation in the workplace.
